How It Works

The JY system follows the same treatment sequence as a conventional municipal water treatment plant, integrated into a single vessel:

  1. Coagulation/Mixing Chamber: Chemical coagulant (alum, PAC, or ferric salt) is dosed and rapidly mixed with raw water to destabilize colloidal particles.
  2. Flocculation Zone: Gentle mixing promotes particle aggregation into larger, settleable flocs. The high-density floc blanket design maximizes collision frequency for superior removal efficiency.
