Custom-engineered solutions for every application
WSZ series underground integrated sewage treatment plant combines anoxic/aerobic (A/O) biological contact oxidation with sedimentation and disinfection in a single buried package unit. Fully automated with no operator required, it handles 1–80 m³/h for residential communities, hotels, hospitals, factories, and rural areas. Can be installed below grade with landscaping above, or mounted on a trailer for mobile deployment.
ZSQ series dissolved air flotation (DAF) system for high-efficiency removal of suspended solids, FOG, oil & grease, and colloidal matter from industrial wastewater. Micro-bubble technology with automatic skimming handles 4–300 m³/h across 13 standard models. Proven in food processing, pulp & paper, textile, metalworking, petrochemical, and municipal pre-treatment applications.
JY series all-in-one water purification system integrates coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, and automatic backwash in a single compact unit. Fully automatic operation treats surface water with turbidity up to 3,000 mg/L to below 3 mg/L. Ideal for rural water supply, small towns, industrial process water, and mine water treatment with capacities from 10 to 200 m³/h.
HydropureWater automatic chemical dosing systems provide precise, PLC-controlled injection of coagulants, flocculants, pH adjusters, and specialty chemicals for water and wastewater treatment. Skid-mounted, pre-wired, and factory-tested for rapid installation.
HydropureWater plate and frame filter presses deliver efficient solid-liquid separation for municipal and industrial sludge dewatering, with filtration areas from 1 m² to 500 m² and manual, hydraulic, or fully automatic PLC-controlled operation.
The ZS Series Chlorine Dioxide Generator produces high-purity ClO₂ disinfectant on-site using proven chemical or electrolytic methods. Available in eight configurations — from compact manual units (50 g/h) to fully automated industrial systems (20,000 g/h) — these generators deliver reliable microbial control for municipal drinking water, hospital effluent, industrial cooling loops, and process wastewater. Compliant with EPA, EU Drinking Water Directive 98/83/EC, and WHO Guidelines for Drinking-water Quality.

Technical articles and industry knowledge
An article published on 23 August 2026 by The Conversation reports that live sewage spill data published under England's January 2025 transparency rules overstates actual spill duration. Monitoring at 91 tidal Thames sites between December 2025 and January 2026 saw reported spill hours cut by 82.9% after validation, and Anglian Water's figures fell 93% from 1,551 hours to 108 hours. For plant managers and procurement leads, the takeaway is that EDM logs only duration, not volume or pollutant load, so validated flow metering and continuous water-quality probes are now part of the consent file.
2026-09-13On 10 September 2026 the Sunday Tribune reported that the eThekwini Municipality had repaired a 400mm sewer line beneath the M4 in Merebank, south of Durban, after months of raw sewage spilling onto a railway line, but residents said the flow had not stopped. The same report said the municipality estimates it needs R4.6 billion to refurbish all wastewater treatment works to meet Green Drop standards, and that as of end-June 2026 it had achieved only 46% compliance against a 90% target. For plant managers and procurement leads, the story frames a mid-sized interceptor failure, a deep collection-system capex gap, and a multi-billion-rand municipal compliance upgrade pipeline to watch.
2026-09-13Sydney Water is proposing a new wastewater treatment plant at Camellia-Rosehill in Sydney's west that would discharge 70 million litres of treated effluent per day into the Parramatta River at Meadowbank Park, according to a report published 6 September 2026. The 5.3 km largely tunnelled pipeline and new facility are sized for an extra 230,000 people over 30 years, with construction targeted to begin in 2028 and complete in 2032 if state significant development approval and an NSW EPA environmental protection licence are obtained. For operators and plant buyers, the project turns on the tertiary, disinfection and river-outlet envelope rather than the biological stage, and is the focus of more than 400 public submissions, most flagging environmental and wildlife concerns.
