Complete component and consumable supply for RO, UF and softening plants: FRP and stainless tanks, salt and dosing tanks, control valves, pressure gauges, flowmeters, conductivity meters, RO controllers, metering pumps and bulk media including resin, carbon, quartz sand and softener salt.
Beyond membranes, a water treatment plant runs on tanks, valves, instruments, dosing pumps and filter media — and it stops running when any one of them fails or runs out. HydropureWater supplies the complete consumable and component list for RO, UF and softening plants: FRP and stainless steel tanks, salt and chemical dosing tanks, multi-port control valves, pressure gauges and flowmeters, conductivity meters and RO program controllers, metering and circulation pumps, and bulk filter media including resin, activated carbon, quartz sand and softener salt.

Most plant downtime traces back to a low-value item — a dosing pump that stopped, a control valve that stuck mid-cycle, a conductivity probe reading wrong — and the cost is never the part, it is the production stopped while it is sourced. Because we build complete systems on these same components, we can supply the correct replacement against your existing model number and tell you which items are worth holding as site spares for your particular configuration. We also supply the bulk media on a recurring basis, so resin, carbon, sand and salt arrive on schedule rather than being remembered after the plant has already gone out of specification.
Quartz sand and activated carbon are replaced periodically depending on loading — carbon exhausts as it adsorbs chlorine and organics, and sand degrades as grains attrite. Ion exchange resin lasts considerably longer but eventually loses exchange capacity. Falling performance despite correct backwashing is the practical indicator for all three.
It automates the reverse osmosis sequence — startup flush, service run, shutdown flush, tank level control and alarms on low inlet pressure or high permeate conductivity. The ROS-2015 is a relay-based controller for straightforward duty; the ROS-360 adds a touchscreen interface for systems where operators need visibility of running conditions.
It is the single most useful instrument on the plant. Permeate conductivity is the direct measure of whether the membranes are still doing their job, and a rising trend gives weeks of warning before the water goes out of specification. Without it, membrane deterioration is usually discovered by a downstream process failing.
It is matched to the softener model, since brine volume must suit the resin charge being regenerated — the KJ-WT range pairs each capacity with a specific brine tank from 60 to 2,000 L. If you are replacing a salt box, give us the softener model number rather than measuring the old tank.
