Indoor UF hall for a water plant: ~150 m³/h class of membrane filtration with PLC-controlled backwash cycles.
Project Background
A water plant needed a filtration stage that would hold treated-water turbidity steady while raw-water quality varied, inside an existing building.
Our Solution
Multi-media pretreatment followed by UF skids with PLC-sequenced backwash and chemically enhanced backwash; compact footprint to fit the existing hall.
Process Train
- 1Raw-water pump
- 2Multi-media filter
- 3UF membrane skids (automatic backwash)
- 4Clean-water tank
